Welcome to sniQ (the "Platform," "Service"). sniQ is a decentralized, experimental trading protocol on the StarkNet network. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using sniQ, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
1.1. Acceptance: By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of sniQ complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Service Description and Risks
2.1. Experimental Nature: sniQ is an experimental protocol. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. There are no guarantees of uptime, security, or functionality.
2.2. Risk Acknowledgment: You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, and you may lose all of your funds. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for the security of your wallet and private keys.
3. User Obligations
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing. You must not manipulate or exploit the protocol in any way.

- Wallet Addresses: We collect your public wallet address when you connect to the Service.
- Transaction Data: All transaction data is publicly available on the StarkNet blockchain and is not controlled by us.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and contributors of sniQ shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
